Over the past year, I've been growing and learning more about buying and selling houses. As of now, I have over a million dollars ($1,347,000) in home sales. What's it all for? Well for me, the possibilities are limitless. I have more conservative ambitions of becoming a broker with a modestly sized firm that can really advocate for our clients and support my agents. My more lofty goals would be to build and sell my own homes and communities as a developer and broker. Becoming a developer would be an ideal dream. I’d build modern communities for average American families who want a place to call their own. In my spare time when I'm not talking to clients, watching HGTV, or driving through new neighborhoods I'm sketching my future communities and pinteresting beautiful home design.

There are a few builders, in particular, I've taken a key interest in including but not limited: Traton Homes, David Weekley, Smith Douglas Homes, and Providence Group. I love what they do. All of them are unique in their builds and price points. With that said, I’ve actually been incredibly fortunate to join a new homes team with the award winning builder: Rocklyn Homes.

I kind of stumbled upon them while driving through Tucker, GA and ended up in their Ashbrooke neighborhood. Rocklyn specializes in affordable craftsman townhomes for young families. These homes are perfect for the first-time homebuyer who may not want the responsibility of a single family home. Rocklyn does have a beautiful single family home community in Lawrenceville, but the bulk of our inventory is open floorplan townhomes. Rocklyn is a family owned company, and when you visit our communities you’ll meet a team of warm and friendly agents.

Recently, I toured the Fairburn community featuring over 200 homes, swimming pool, tennis courts, and quick access to I-85 about 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. These homes were affordably priced in the high $100’s mid $200’s for 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom homes. I spent the day with CeCe Pouncy (Assistant Sales Agent) and we had a blast talking about the neighborhood and our professional histories.

There’s truly a sense of community with our team and homeowners. I’m very proud to have joined the team and become a member of a tradition of excellence. There’s a reliability in our company and level of quality in our constructions that our homeowners benefit from. Putting my name behind a company like this is a no brainer.
